• MENU SLECTIONS ARE DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DATE OF THE EVENT.
• A GUARANTEED NUMBER OF GUESTS IS REQUIRED 14 DAYS PROIR TO THE FUNCTION.
• CREATIVE CATERING IS PREPARED TO SERVE 5% OVER THE GUARANTEED NUMBER IN CASE OF LAST MINUTE ADDITIONS.
• A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF THE EVENT IS CANCELED WITHIN 180 DAYS OF THE DATE.

RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT

• Reservations are tentative and not considered final and therefore may be cancelled by Creative Catering at anytime prior to a signed contract and deposit received by Creative Catering. A fascimile signature is sufficient for purposes of executing a signed contract. Deposits are due at the time the reservation is made. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of the event. Cancellation fees with 5 business days of the event are subject to the full revue amount of the event.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

• The client agrees that Creative Catering has certain restrictions regarding minors including being in compliance with Ohio Law.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

• All beverage charges are estimates. Other charges will be assessed based on consumption at the conclusion of the event. I understand that Creative Catering does not condone removal of any products from the event and I agree to hold them harmless.

SALES TAX

• All appropriate charges that are subject to sales taxwill be assessedin accordance with Ohio State Law. If tax exempt, a copy of the appropriate tax exemption certificate must be provided at least 5 business days prior to the event date.

NUMBER OF GUESTS ATTENDING

• Final guest count must be received no later than 5 business days prior to the event. You may increase your count withinand up to 48 hours prior to the event. If a final count is not received, you will be charged the higher count, either herein or the attendance.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

• All appropriate charges that are related to the event will be assessed in the case of inclement weather. Creative Catering will deliver as contracted and your organization will be invoiced.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

• Upon execution of a contract with Creative Catering, if consideration is offered by credit card, the Client agrees that a credit card may be charged for any charges associated with this event.
